Lemon Pie with a Keto Twist

List of ingredients:

To make the base:

1 and a half cups of ground almonds
1/4 cup of erythritol or another sweetener suitable for a keto diet.
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of melted butter
For the Stuffing:

1 cup of thick cream
3/4 cup of lemon juice, which is the amount you get from around 4 to 5 lemons.
Grated peel of 2 lemons
1/2 cup of erythritol (or another sweetener suitable for a keto diet)
4 big eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
