Caramelized Croissant Recipe @FOODZEC

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Roll out the croissant dough (if using raw dough).
  • Spread butter and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
  • Roll up the dough into croissants and place on a baking tray lined with foil.
  • Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the croissants.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving.
