Make a fine powder by crushing the aspirin pills. They may be crushed with a pestle and mortar or by sealing them in a bag and rolling them with a rolling pin.
Incorporate the powdered aspirin into the detergent dispenser of your washing machine in addition to the ordinary detergent.
Put the laundry in the washer using cold water and the “whites” cycle. At lower temperatures, aspirin is most effective.
The Science of Soap:
Mineral deposits and hard water stains may make whites seem drab, but aspirin’s acetylsalicylic acid helps break them down. Additionally, it may be somewhat useful in removing sweat stains.
Please be advised that aspirin should not be applied to colored clothes as it has the potential to have a mild fading effect.
