This is something my aunts used to whip up, and I thought it was long gone. Surprise! I found it, and it’s even more delicious.

First, smooth out the softened cream cheese by beating it in a medium-sized basin.
While beating, slowly add the powdered sugar and vanilla essence until the mixture is creamy and well-blended.
3. Carefully integrate the whipped cream by folding it in a gentle manner.
4. Evenly distribute the mixture over the prepared graham cracker crust.
5. Chill for a minimum of three hours, or until set.
6. If you’d like, you may garnish it with fruit compote or fresh berries before serving.
Tips and Variations
Infuse the cream cheese mixture with a tablespoon of lime or lemon juice and zest for a tangy flavor. Add some extra decadence by drizzling some melted chocolate over the top. with a more daring take, swap out the graham cracker crust with shortbread or chocolate. If you want to change up the flavors of this dish, you can simply do so.
